The GM of Drilling & Completions and his leadership team, believed that a clear strategy, combined with a focus on leadership, engagement and accountability, would produce a quantifiable impact on the safety culture and performance of the team. L2P was asked to support the development and implementation of this strategic safety plan.
Working with the GM, 6 Managers, 40 D&C Superintendents, Engineers, the Safety Department, and 3rd party service partners, L2P helped facilitate the process to develop and implement initiatives designed to improve safety performance in 5 key areas identified through data analysis and surveys.
The L2P consultant provided consistent on-site support and coaching, effectively working with the team to improve processes and embed best practices into everyday activity.
