Robin Parsons, MBA, CPF, CTF is a Certified Professional Facilitator who genuinely believes that the world is a better place when participative dialogue has happened. She has made it her mission to help groups to think clearly so that they can make the decisions they need to make. Robin established her own practice in 2014 and loves collaborating with Lead2Perform. She’s delivered hundreds of facilitated events across a range of industries (public, private, not for profit) and clients (Oil & Gas, Government, Healthcare, Education, Legal, Social Services).
Helping people and teams be better is where Shelley finds fun. As a catalyst for change, Shelley brings curiosity blended with humor and common sense about people and their desire to grow. Dave is a certified executive coach, coaching leaders and teams internationally since 2006 on performance improvement through improved planning, communication, teamwork & process utilization. Industries include oil & gas (upstream) & manufacturing. His 26 years of operations leadership experience include union and non-union organizations and 6 years in the U.S. Navy. In addition to one-on-one coaching and group process, Dave also develops and facilitates customized leadership training materials for group participation.
